VNSNY offers services for infants and children who require home care for short-term (acute) and long-lasting (chronic) conditions, as well as for medically fragile children, children who may have developmental issues or special needs, and for high-risk families.
The VNSNY Maternity, Newborn and Pediatrics Program (MNP) provides family-focused home care to newborns and children up to age 18. MNP services include short-term care for acute care needs as well as long-term care for chronic illnesses.

Our Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) utilizes an evidence-based model of free, intensive, at-home nursing assistance to more than 1,000 low-income mothers and their children in the Bronx and Nassau County.

The Bronx Fatherhood Program helps young, low-income fathers to understand the important role a father plays in his child’s life and provides emotional support to help these young men accept the responsibilities and enjoy the rewards of fatherhood.
